An industry official said iTunes is a “virtual storefront” or a platform on which third-party copyrighted content is being sold. The person who did not want to reveal his identity, said the timing of the start of song and movie sales on iTunes had nothing to do with the vote on FDI in retail in Parliament last week....

The IAEA, tasked with monitoring the safety of member countries’ nuclear technologies, had been viewing a manufacturing facility for centrifuge parts through security cameras until June, when an attack on the site left the cameras damaged. The Iranian government accused Israel of the “sabotage attack.” Since June, Iran had not allowed the IAEA to replace the cameras. IAEA Director-General Rafael Mariano Grossi told the Associated Press on Tuesday of the negative effects that could come from a limited view of the Karaj facility....

The IAEA is due to hold a quarterly meeting this week in Vienna, where the European JCPOA signatories—collectively known as the E3—are planning to issue a resolution criticizing Iran’s repeated refusal to scale back its nuclear program. According to Reuters, the draft resolution voices “serious concern” at Iran’s activity. Iran has been moving away from JCPOA restrictions since former President Donald Trump withdrew the U.S. from the deal in 2018 and began imposing new sanctions on the country....

Amir Dianat, 55, and Kamran Lajmiri, 42, are accused of conspiring to disguise their role in a scheme to purchase the Nautic, a petroleum carrier that was being sold by the Greek shipping company Polembros in 2019. It is illegal to conduct transactions benefiting Iran or its government without the prior approval of the Treasury Department. Lajmiri did not respond to a message on a LinkedIn account appearing to belong to him....

The countries still attached to the deal formerly known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action are Iran, China, Britain, Russia, France and Germany. The Associated Press reported that representatives from those countries met at the Palais Coburg, the same hotel where the agreement was signed six years earlier. One development studio that seems more than willing to handle the Monster Hunter World porting duties is Iron Galaxy Studios. Adam Boyes, the CEO for the developer, took to Twitter to implore Capcom to consider hiring Iron Galaxy for the job. “We understand that porting the game to Nintendo Switch is challenging,” wrote Boyes, “but this is exactly what [Iron Galaxy Studios] does.” Boyes closed out the tweet by saying that Iron Galaxy won’t let Capcom down should the company “give us a shot....

One of those crossover events was “Crisis On Infinite Earths.” All of the shows, even those like Black Lightning set in alternate realities, were supposedly combined into one world as a result of timelines colliding. Now that Superman & Lois has aired its first batch of episodes, however, and Supergirl has returned for its final season, it doesn’t seem like that’s the case. Abortion may seem an unlikely trigger for breast tumors, but it’s a plausible one. During puberty, and again during the first trimester of pregnancy, high estrogen levels cause a woman’s breast cells to multiply rapidly. The new cells remain unformed and somewhat cancer-prone until the later stages of pregnancy. But as other hormones ready the cells to make milk, they become more resistant to malignancy. It’s well known that giving birth reduces a woman’s long-term breast-cancer risk, and logic suggests that interrupting a pregnancy might have the opposite effect....
